Our free trial lets you experience the full features of our premium plans for 30 days at no cost. No credit card is required to sign up. You can start using all features immediately and decide if you want to continue with a paid plan before the trial period ends.

After your 30-day free trial ends, you can choose to upgrade to one of our paid plans to continue using premium features. If you don't upgrade, your account will automatically transition to our Free plan with limited features. You won't be charged anything if you don't explicitly choose a paid plan.

If you find yourself between tiers, we recommend starting with the lower tier plan and using our pay-as-you-go feature. This allows you to stay on a more affordable plan and only pay for the additional questions or data training as needed, without committing to a higher tier. This gives you flexibility while ensuring you only pay for exactly what you use.

When upgrading your plan mid-term, you'll subscribe to a new one-year (or one-month) term starting from the upgrade date. Stripe automatically provides a credit for any unused time on your previous plan, which is applied to your new subscription. This ensures you only pay for what you use while getting immediate access to all features in your new plan.

Our dashboard provides transparent visibility into your word count usage. You can see the total words trained across your entire organization as well as detailed breakdowns for individual documents. This makes it easy to monitor your usage against your plan limits, identify your largest documents, and make informed decisions about data management. We will check your usage automatically at the end of your billing period and charge you for any overages at a rate of $5 per month for each1 million additional words trained.

Yes, we provide comprehensive support to all customers during the onboarding process, regardless of plan tier. After onboarding, your ongoing support level depends on your subscription: Individual plans have self-service support, Team plans include Essential Support (2-5 business day response), Business plans offer Standard Support (1 business day response), and Enterprise customers receive Priority Support (responses within hours).

If you reach your monthly question limit, you have two options: 1) Enable pay-as-you-go billing at $10 per 100 additional questions or $5/month per 1 million additional words trained. These charges will be billed at the end of each month regardless of the length of your base subscription. Note that pay-as-you-go is not available for the Individual plan. 2) Upgrade to a higher tier if you consistently need more capacity.
